By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These terms contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver that apply to all claims brought against Voyager Cover. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions & Interpretation
To ensure clarity, the following terms used throughout this document are defined as follows:
The Company
Refers to Voyager Cover Insurance Services, Inc., including its affiliates, directors, and employees.
The User
Refers to any individual or entity that accesses our website or purchases an insurance policy.
Policy
The specific insurance coverage contract purchased by the User through our platform.
Rental Period
The duration for which the User has contracted a vehicle from a licensed rental company.
3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
To use our Services and purchase coverage, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- License: You must hold a valid driver's license recognized in the jurisdiction of the rental.
- Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the quote and purchase process.
4. Services & Coverage Information
Voyager Cover provides independent car rental insurance products underwritten by Sentinel Pacific. Our Services allow users to compare, purchase, and manage rental protection plans.
Limitations of Coverage:
- Coverage is only valid for vehicles rented from licensed rental agencies.
- Standard policies exclude luxury vehicles, motorcycles, and commercial trucks unless otherwise specified.
- Off-road driving and unauthorized drivers are strictly excluded from all coverage plans.

5. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your selected plan.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Full Refund: Policies cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a small processing fee.
- Post-Pickup: No refunds are issued once the rental period has commenced.
6. Claims & Dispute Resolution
In the event of an incident, you must notify Voyager Cover as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after the occurrence.
Claims Process:
- Submit your claim through our digital portal or mobile app.
- Provide the rental agreement, incident report, and photos of the damage.
- Our adjusters will review the documentation and coordinate with the rental agency.
Disputes arising from claims will be handled through mandatory binding arbitration as outlined in Section 13.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in our Services are the property of Voyager Cover or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing fraudulent or misleading information to obtain lower rates.
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our quote engine without permission.
- Attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of our digital platforms.
- Reselling or redistributing our insurance products without prior written consent.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is paramount. Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit encryption, to protect your sensitive information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyager Cover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific insurance policy in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyager Cover, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
